DUT is realised as a co-funded European partnership of more than 60 partners from 28 countries, involving national and regional policy makers, funders and urban-related policy agencies to invest in urban R&I and strengthen a European innovation eco-system for urban transitions. The Driving Urban Transitions Partnership (DUT) is seeking for a long-term coopera-tion (until Q4 2027) with a company providing thematic and coordination support for its three thematic priorities (Transition Pathways”): (1) Positive Energy Districts (PED), (2) Circular Urban Economies (CUE), and (3) The 15-Minute City (15minC). The subject of the framework agreement are thematic and coordination support services for the three transition pathways of the DUT Partnership (management support”). Due to the different focus of the three Transition Pathways, this procurement procedure is divided into three lots. For each lot a framework agreement with one partner is to be concluded.
