The platform must accurately pipette very small volumes, handle viscous liquids, and work safely with sensitive or anhydrous reagents. It should support temperature control, orbital shaking, and extended unattended runs for multi‑step processes. High‑throughput compatibility with 96‑well plates, flexible deck layouts, and automation‑friendly consumables are required. Quality control features, local service, training, and warranty must be included to ensure reproducibility, scalability, and long‑term reliability in laboratory operations.
