The objective of this tender is the acquisition and implementation of a Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC‑MS) instrument that allows separation and analysis of components of samples to quantify and identify them.
Samples will include mixtures of reaction products whose ratios will indicate chemical conversion rates in high‑throughput experiments (HTE) using 1536‑well plates.
The instrument shall also support further analytical applications, primarily small‑molecule and bioconjugate analysis, including antibody‑drug conjugates (ADCs), requiring performance up to m/z 100 000.
Due to the HTE applications, an autosampler compatible with both vials and 96–1536 well plates is mandatory.
